Repeated dosing inhibited CYP2D6, CYP2C9 and CYP3A4 in healthy volunteers. Lowers glucose; meta-analyses found no significant increase in hypoglycemia, though additive effects with diabetes drugs are expected. Relevance of these CYP effects to psilocin clearance is uncertain.
