MAO-B inhibitor; loses selectivity at higher exposure, when it may increase psilocin exposure (MAO-A is one clearance route). MAO inhibition can raise blood pressure with psilocybin (see tranylcypromine); serotonin toxicity is theoretical, with no reported human case.
