Clinical data and state rules are separate facts. Both are shown; neither is a decision.

01 Interaction with psilocybin

Th

Inhibits CYP2D6 strongly enough to make normal metabolizers behave like poor metabolizers. CYP2D6 metabolizes psilocin in vitro, but CYP2D6 genotype did not change psilocin blood levels in people, so a large effect is not expected.

What Psilodex is, and isn't.

  1. 01Psilodex summarizes published evidence and public state rules. It does not decide whether you can safely use psilocybin or take part in services, and it is not medical advice.
  2. 02Starting, stopping, or changing a medication is the prescriber's decision. Bring the report to them.
  3. 03Your searches and list stay in this browser and are not sent to us. Opening a medication's page is an ordinary web request, so our hosting providers see which page was opened. What we can and can't see.
