Plain terms.
What Psilodex is and isn't, how your information is handled, and who makes it.
Psilodex is a reference that describes published evidence about medications, supplements and other substances in combination with psilocybin, and what the natural medicine rules of Colorado, Oregon and New Mexico say about them.
Psilodex is not medical advice, a screening decision, or clearance to participate in psilocybin services. Using it does not create a clinician–patient, facilitator–participant or any other professional relationship.
- Psilodex is meant to help prepare for a conversation with a prescriber or a licensed facilitator. It does not replace that conversation.
- Starting, stopping, or changing any medication is a decision for the prescriber.
- Whether a person may take part in a natural medicine session is decided by the licensed provider under the rules of the state where the session takes place.
- In an emergency, call 911. For a question about a possible poisoning, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
Each record cites its sources and shows the date it was last reviewed. Each state's rules show the date they were last checked against the official text. Evidence on most combinations is limited, rules change, and errors are possible. The official text of each state's rules governs over any summary here. A medication that is not listed is not thereby shown to be safe.
Accepted corrections are published in the changelog with the version in which they were made.

The medication list and the report are created in your browser. They are not sent to Front Range Treatment Center or anyone else. The list stays on your device, in your browser's storage, until you clear it.
Psilodex does not record what you search for or what is on your list.
Psilodex is made by Front Range Treatment Center, Ltd., a mental health practice in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Front Range Treatment Center also provides natural medicine (psilocybin) services in Colorado.
Psilodex names no provider and makes no referrals. Every record is held to the same citation standard regardless of what it says about a medication.
