Who makes it, and how.
Psilodex is a free reference for preparing a conversation about medications and psilocybin. It gives no rating and no decision.
01 What Psilodex is
For each medication, supplement or substance, Psilodex shows two things side by side: what published evidence says about it with psilocybin, and what the Colorado, Oregon and New Mexico rules say about it. You can build a list and print a report to bring to a prescriber or provider. The list stays in your browser.
Psilodex does not decide whether anyone can take part in psilocybin services, and it is not medical advice. Starting, stopping or changing a medication is the prescriber's decision.
02 Who makes it
Psilodex is made by Front Range Treatment Center, Ltd., a mental health practice in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Front Range Treatment Center also provides natural medicine (psilocybin) services in Colorado.
Because of that, Psilodex is built not to steer anyone toward a provider: it names no provider, makes no referrals and carries no advertising. Every record is held to the same citation standard regardless of what it says about a medication. The full disclosure is in Terms §06.
03 How records are checked
Every statement in a record cites a public source: a product label, a reference book, a paper, or the official state rule text. Each change is checked against the source it cites before it is accepted; nothing is added from memory or opinion. The full process is on the Method page.
- “Reviewed” date on a recordWhen the record was last checked against its sources. A record shows a “due for review” notice if that was more than a year ago.
- “Checked” date on a state ruleWhen the summary was last compared with the official rule text. A notice appears if that was more than 90 days ago. The official text always governs.
- Data versionEvery release has a dated version. Printed reports name the version they used, so a report can always be matched to the data behind it.
04 Corrections
If something is wrong or missing, email corrections@psilodex.org, with the source if you can. Please don't include anything about your own or anyone else's health. Accepted corrections are published in the changelog with the version they were made in, and each record lists its own history at the bottom of the page.
