Detail Azelastine is a nasal antihistamine. Sleepiness (somnolence) was reported in some trial participants. The label states alcohol or other CNS depressants (sedating drugs) may further reduce alertness. Fluticasone is a nasal steroid with no known interaction. Sources [1]
