01 Interaction with psilocybin

ND

Not studied with psilocybin; little of it reaches the blood, so whole-body effects adding to psilocybin's may be small.

Detail Ipratropium is anticholinergic (acetylcholine-blocking). As a quaternary amine, it is not readily absorbed into the circulation from the lungs or gut. So whole-body anticholinergic effects that could add to psilocybin's are expected to be small. There are no psilocybin data. Separately, its label notes it may raise eye pressure and cause urinary retention. Sources [1]
