01 Interaction with psilocybin

ND

Its pseudoephedrine may raise blood pressure and heart rate, adding to psilocybin's brief rise; loratadine has no known psilocybin interaction.

Detail Pseudoephedrine is a sympathomimetic (adrenaline-like) decongestant that may raise blood pressure and heart rate. This could add to psilocybin's brief rise (no psilocybin data). Loratadine alone has no known interaction. Separately, its Drug Facts label warns against use with a prescription MAOI (an antidepressant type) or within 2 weeks after one. It lists nervousness, dizziness and sleeplessness as effects that warrant stopping. Sources [1]
