No known interaction with psilocybin. Also, its label reports seizures and a reaction with alcohol up to 3 days after the last dose.

Detail Not studied with psilocybin, and no mechanism linking them has been described. Also, its label reports convulsive seizures and peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage in limbs). It also reports a disulfiram-like reaction (cramps, nausea, vomiting, headache, flushing) with alcohol during treatment and for 3 days afterward. Sources [1]
